Our work
Two very different businesses, the same approach: listen first, then build what brings in work and what runs it.
Expert Consulting Services
A nationwide firm that matches attorneys with nursing home and elder care expert witnesses. It wanted more attorneys to find it, and less time lost to admin as the work grew.
Visit the site
Attorneys could not find the firm online. Leads arrived by form, email and phone with no single list. Cases, contracts, expert files, monthly billing and follow-ups lived across a practice management system, accounting software, a shared drive and the owner's memory.
Website and SEO
- 86 page site replacing a website builder: every case type, discipline and expert has its own page
- Case types mapped to the federal nursing home regulations attorneys cite
- Blog consolidated, litigation guides added, every old link redirected
- Domain, email authentication and forms moved to the firm's own accounts
- Google and Bing set up, every page submitted, instant indexing turned on
- A built-in SEO checker; the site scores 100 with nothing left to fix
Marketing
- New logo, LinkedIn banner and logo, rewritten company and founder profiles
- Google Business Profile cleaned up to match the site
- Email signatures for the team
- A 40 second explainer video, now on the homepage, LinkedIn and Google
- 440 law firms and 200+ expert candidates researched with AI, each record sourced
- An outreach playbook for emails, LinkedIn, phone and voicemail
The command center
- Today and live dashboards for inquiries, billing, collections, expert hours and outreach
- Inquiries from forms and Gmail in one list, with CVs and fee schedules sent as attachments or tracked links
- Cases from intake and conflict check to trial, with retention and expert agreements filled in and sent for e-signature
- Monthly billing from expert time, receivables aging and reminder drafts
- Find Clients, Find Experts, Case Watch news, Expert Files and Resources
- An expert portal for logging time, sending updates and to-dos
Controls and procedures
- A Procedures tab: the daily checklist is signed off and locked, with 45 days of history
- Twelve written procedures and a 16 page staff guide
- Roles for owners, staff and experts, enforced on the server
- An audit log of every change, with restore
- The firm's full billing history imported, every payment matched to its invoice, mismatches flagged
- 159 automated tests run before every release
A claims audit of the site and profiles. Email deliverability fixed after messages were landing in spam, and a lookalike domain flagged. Advice to keep the existing practice and accounting software and connect a proven e-signature tool rather than build one. Partnership and positioning work on the firm's free case screening and financing options.
Alpha Financial Software
A Boston fintech whose software automates clearing and settlement for agency mortgage-backed securities. Its buyers are a few hundred operations leaders at dealers, asset managers and custodians, and they could not find it.
Visit the site
A dated site written about the software rather than the buyer, three generations of old pages still showing up in Google, a demo form running through a third party service, and no plan for reaching a very small, very specialized audience.
Website and SEO
- Every page rewritten, with pages for dealers, asset managers and custodians
- Product, network and ROI pages, and an animated settlement-flow graphic
- Old WordPress and Wix links redirected, a real 404 page and canonical fixes
- AI search crawlers unblocked so the firm can be found in AI answers
- Demo requests sent straight to the sales inbox
- Domain and DNS moved to the firm's own account
Marketing
- LinkedIn company page rewritten, with a new banner and logo
- A run of LinkedIn posts, each with its own graphic
- A stale address traced and corrected across LinkedIn and data providers
- A financial health rating badge added and announced
- Blog posts for the firm's target buyers
Consulting
- A go-to-market plan: where these buyers gather, partnerships ranked by odds, a 30, 60 and 90 day plan
- Two partnership pitch decks built around the firm's own commercial argument
- An explainer on why its approach uses less capital, written from our own trade operations experience
- A 24 question buyer's checklist that compares vendors without naming them
Recruita
A UK startup building an AI copilot for recruiters, getting ready to open its pilot.
- Nine page marketing site built on the founder's own brand system
- Product screens redrawn as illustrations, so no real client data is shown
- Privacy policy naming every service provider
- Delivered to plug straight into the founder's existing app
